Content of requests (email, form), history of exchanges, any attachments.

  • Customer reviews: Trustindex integration (source Google) - to be confirmed for exact feeds and cookies. 

We supervise these service providers (confidentiality, security, instructions) via contracts that comply with Article 28 of the RGPD. 

  1. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
    We aim to process and store data in the European Union. However, some service providers may involve transfers outside the EU depending on the configuration or the subcontracting chain (hosting, payment). 

Possible safeguards (depending on the case): adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses (SCC 2021/914) and additional measures (encryption, minimisation, access control). 

  1. SHELF LIFE
    We keep your data for a limited and proportionate period, taking into account legal obligations and CNIL recommendations:
  • Contact (prospects): 3 years after last contact.
  • Data relating to reservations: duration of the relationship + necessary archiving (proof, litigation, obligations).
  • Invoices and accounting documents: 10 years.
  • Security logs: 6 months to 1 year (standard), up to 3 years if justified (internal control).

  1. YOUR RIGHTS
    You have the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition (in particular to canvassing), portability (under the conditions laid down), withdrawal of consent at any time when processing is based on consent.

    The site is primarily intended for an adult audience (holiday bookings and contact requests). If online services based on consent are offered to minors, in France: from the age of 15, a minor may consent alone; under the age of 15, the joint consent of the minor and the holder(s) of parental authority is required. 
  3. COOKIES AND TRACKERS
    We use cookies/trackers to :
